“I had trouble putting together as the screw rods would not stay in place every time I would pick them up they would fall out I had to tie them in with cotton also need more metal braces to keep the integrity of the cage.”

“Sleepers came on time and in good condition even came on a Sunday at no extra charge. Driver Wayne was very helpful carrying them up the garden with my partner for us.”

“Having spoken to suregrren prior to placing my order I was disappointed when the items arrived incorrectly sized. The steel fencing pins are advertised as 1.25m but are somewhat shorter than this (and the many others I have historically purchased from other suppliers). Suregreen are aware of the misdescription and confirmed verbally that they do not stock 1.25m pins. A bundle of 8ft bamboo canes was also ordered but only 5ft lengths were delivered. Combined with a Lengthy wait from order to delivery I am sad to say that it would currently be hard to rate the experience higher than a 2 star. I am hoping that these matters can be rectified promptly to change my view. We will see.”

“The netting over my pond was installed 6 years ago and over the years various holes had been cut to allow different plants to grow through. It was time to replace it so opted for the same netting as before and realised that SureGreen was fairly local tome so ordered direct for collection instead of buying through a well known market place. I was impressed by the service and the range of other products availalable.”

“Very pleased all round with Suregreen from my initial order and speedy delivery, a prompt response to an email enquiry and then an equally speedy second delivery.
