“I always shop around as I'm sure most people do but I couldn't find anywhere else selling timber products which matched the well known brands but at a much more affordable price. Even with delivery charges, Suregreem were the best option for what I wanted. Well pleased all round.”

“Cannot fault the products at all, we ordered sleepers for our garden play area and they were great. Great quality, they look great and did the job just as we’d hoped. Delivery service was very poor though. Although they came in a reasonable time frame, the communication was poor. They were due one day but turned up on a different day. Luckily we were working from home. The driver was rude and not interested in helping us find a missing product. He said it would ‘probably come later’. It did not. The next day another delivery van turned up unannounced with a product we didn’t even order. He insisted we did (we did not!) and left it with us even though we said several times we hadn’t ordered it. We’ve since donated this product as we didn’t didn’t need it! A third delivery delivered our missing item another day. Really great products but delivery company are a let down.”
