“Pot never turned up , chased it several times to be told probably lost in transit. I have never had a problem with Hermes and they said they had never recurved the parcel !! I did get a refund but very disappointed”

“Excellent quality sleepers. Took the advice and ordered the additional drill bit and screws. All worked perfectly. Delay on the supply of the sleepers but received updated communication throughout the delay. Would recommend the purchase to others”

“Searching for new "sleepers" I came across suregreen advertising a pallet of 20 oak seepers for the same price that I had been quoted at someplaces for softwood. Delivery was as promised, right where I needed them. All communication with the company was answered by a person and very helpful. It was a pleasant suprise to deal with someone online who did exactly what they promised , when they promised and with a smile. Thanks”

“I did have to wait 7 weeks for my fence panelling after being told it was to be only a week. In the final week I was told it had been delivered at depot and would be with me that Monday. Waited in all day. Nada. On the Tuesday was told that they had no stock of that item. But then they offered a different colour and delivery that week. So situation resolved. Guess they are doing the best they can in a restricted supply scenario”
