“Absolutely brilliant, I ordered my pallet of sleepers on a weekend and they were delivered within a few days, The delivery man was so helpful, helped me take all 20 sleepers in as I was on my own, even though it was kerb drop, Great value for money the best deal around, I would definitely buy from you again 🙂 thank you”

“Experience wasn’t great unfortunately as I never received my order. I emailed after a week and got a response to say it would be queried with the courier and someone would get back to me. Two weeks in and still no order or any further communication from Suregreen. I emailed again asking to cancel and refund my order which was done same day.”

Good afternoon Matthew, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the delivery didn't go as we had hoped. I have seen that this order unfortunately got lost by our third party courier, this is not how we expect our deliveries to go and we can only apologise for this, I have looked into this and have passed the information on to our courier for further investigation.
