“Ordered two new hardwood (oak) railway sleepers for delivery - sleepers were a fair price but delivery cost a bit steep, as is often the case with such items. Delivery driver was super helpful, really above and beyond. Unfortunately, the sleepers seem to have come from an oak-banana tree hybrid… shame.”

“Outstanding experience. From the moment of order through to delivery things could not be improved. We were kept continuously informed about the progress of our delivery including a real time map showing not only where the driver was but where we were in the queue. When we were next we then received an email to that effect with the timing (very accurately) the driver would arrive. On arrival the driver could not have been more helpful - even assisting moving the items for storage in our garage. He was friendly and supportive. Thank you The quality of the products have been equally impressive. I would recommend Suregreen without hesitation or reservation. An absolute pleasure dealing with this company.”

“Very easily ordered online and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent product well made and very good materials better than most at the same price. Delivery was a bit extended due to breakdowns, but the delivery driver Wayne was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended”

“My order arrived on time and delivered by a friendly driver. Products are good quality,as expected but I am disappointed with the delivery charges. I live about 7 miles from Suregreens site,but as my postcode is CB and not CM, my minimum order value needed to be £150 for free delivery whereas delivery to Harlow say ( about 30 + miles away) minimum order only needs to be £99.”

“The package arrived with a huge amount of unnecessary packaging that was very difficult to remove and afforded no protection as the wire mesh arrived battered and bent with the plastic coating scuffed off in a lot of places. There was cling film over both ends, then Nylon wraps to hold it together, then a polythene tube bag secured with nylon cable ties and under that another layer of cling film and then wire ties on every segment, removing them damaged the plastic coating even more. Considering how little protection that amount of packaging gave just the nylon wraps would have been sufficient and saved about 20 minutes unwrapping each roll.”
