“First time I have ever used this company, I ordered 25mx25m welded mesh it was dispatched on that day and arrived around 3 days later. However the welded mesh was actually the wrong size that I ordered so I gave them a call to explain and after a few minutes I had an email explain that my order will be sent out to me again and with which I was allowed to keep the wrong size or donate it to a good cause as a gesture of good will. Within 3 days I received the correct size mesh. I was very pleased with the way they conducted themselves and how quickly they sorted the fresh delivery. Will definitely use again.”

“I Ordered on 21.3.25 and it needed several chasing emails from me before it arrived on 11.4.25. Evri had apparently sent my order to the wrong depo. Vick of customer care was ineffective and unable to resolve the problem. Katie took over and offered a refund or express delivery which took place within days. She was effective but the overall service was poor. Never again!”
