“Transaction went smoothly as it should. Communication regarding delivery was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the live feed of the delivery vehicles progress which allowed me freedom to pop out of the house and return in good time to accept delivery. The driver was also cheery and helpful. All good!”

“I am impressed by your delivery service. Not only did my compost arrive earlier than expected, your driver left the bags at the top of my driveway in a very convenient location. I am 88 years of age and have difficulty carrying heavy items so it was a great help to me to have the items carried up from the roadside. Also, I find your prices very competitive. I shall certainly buy from you again in the new year.”

“Good value products, Although i brought some round post, some of which had knots in 2/3rd the width of the post, so the posts fell apart”

“Ordering was easy on the website, and the confirmation of the order was fine. The products weren't delivered within the 3-5 business day window that the confirmation said. I had to chase SureGreen, it turns out there was a delay because one item wasn't in stock - it would have been helpful and appreciated if SureGreen could have told me there would be a delay, without me having to chase them. However, when it came to delivery, the communication was excellent, the tracking app very good, and the delivery driver friendly. We're happy with the quality of the products.”

“The customer service was beyond bad ordered 8 only 6 came phoned four times tried to resolve issue spoke to four different people explained the situation got fobbed off, asked to speak to the manager told she was busy, the lady on phone said she would ask her to ring back no response. This as been going on for over a week wish i had never used them. only thing i want now is my money back for the two i never received.”
