“Good value for money but the wire seems very thin and the bamboo slats are tied in very sloppily with some big gaps. Interestingly the slats visible through the unopened packaging are really well made, but when unrolled the quality drops quickly.”

“Suregreen have supplied oak timber sleepers to me on two occasions. The quality is normally very good and pricing is competitive with free delivery for larger orders. Their customer service is always very helpful and delivery is prompt. Unfortunately, some sleepers on a recent order were defective, so I raised this with Suregreen and sent in photos of the dfective items. Suregreen responded very quickly and fully refunded the cost of those items. I will be happy to use this company again.”

“Product good, but delivery poor. Claimed there was no one here to recieve goods, we have a staff of 50 here from 7am-5pm. Had to resend which delayed.”
