“Very pleased with the goods delivered (sleepers, screws, hex drive). The delivery itself was a little chaotic, had to chase up my tracking number and was notified by delivery company only minutes before they arrived,”

“Everything arrived as requested. The only thing I would have an issue with is the supplier doesn't have any form of assisted delivery as the truck arrived without a working lift or pump truck which means you have to lift it off the bed of a 7.5ton truck but other than that the goods were great and exactly the quality we wanted.”

“Suregreen Limited are great. The only reason that I would hesitate before buying from them again is that they use Hermes as their courier. Hermes did not deliver on the day they said (by email) but instead sent a further email (late on delivery day) saying it would be the following day. They did not go to my front door but instead let themselves into my garage where they left the item. If I am told that I am getting a delivery on a particular date then I make arrangements to accommodate. When these arrangements are wasted then so is my time.”

“I purchased featheredge boards. The first lot were fine but the second batch were obviously very wet and many were covered in black mould which has delayed doing the shed repairs until the boards were properly dry.”
