“I think this is about the fourth time I've ordered from Strangford Incubators, and my experience has been that not only did they have the items I was shopping for in stock, but they were cheaper than any other places that would normally stock them, and they arrived very quickly, which can be important when you're hatching. The incubator I bought from Strangford Incubators last year (Brinsea ovation EX 28) performed very well for me last season hatching critically endangered Shetland geese, and is about to be filled up again for the first hatch of the season this week, and the large egg cradles were cheaper than anywhere else, and arrived promptly. Overall delighted with the service I've received from Strangford Incubators, and they will generally be my first port of call now for incubator related supplies”

“Purchased Chicken feeder to help with rodent problem. It arrived fairly quickly to UK mainland, packed well. I watched the youtube video to check assembly, and this was straightfoward. The unit is ready to go but as yet untested as more chickens arriving soon.”

“I ordered a Duke Heavy Duty Single Entry Feral Cat Cage Trap. The trap which had been very well packaged arrived two days later which was excellent service. The trap was already assembled which was a bonus. We used it soon after and caught the feral cat the same evening. What a result! The trap was easy to use and incredibly sturdy, I was a bit worried that perhaps a cat could have been able to escape but no worries at all. The video on their website on how to set the trap was very heplful. This trap was an excellent purchase and whilst we hope not to have to use it too much it's good to know that if we have to then we should no problem catching any future feline visitors. As an added bonus, today we were able to use the trap to transport a visiting Guinea fowl down to a local wildfowl rescue centre.”

“We recently purchased an incubator from Strangford Incubators for our neonatal kittens here at Townhill Maine Coons, and it has been one of those pieces of equipment you’re simply grateful to have when you need it most. As breeders, those first few days can be everything, and having a reliable, well-built incubator in the background gives a real sense of reassurance. The unit provides a stable, controlled environment, which is exactly what vulnerable newborns need, especially if you’re supporting weaker kittens or managing a difficult start. One feature we’ve particularly valued is its portability. Being able to safely take kittens to the office or to the vets while the incubator continues to maintain a consistent temperature is invaluable. It means there’s no disruption to their environment during what can already be a stressful time, and that continuity makes a real difference. We also can’t fault the customer service — it’s been exceptional from start to finish — and delivery was quick, which is exactly what you need when you’re preparing for or managing a litter. What stood out to us most overall is the peace of mind it offers. It’s not something you hope to rely on heavily, but knowing it’s there as a safety net makes a huge difference. It’s become part of our “just in case” setup — a proper security blanket for those early, critical stages. Overall, a solid, dependable piece of equipment that we’re very glad to have invested in.”

“I haven't used my incubator yet. It's my first time and I want to get it right. Strangford were incredibly quick sending my incubator. I was recommended Strangford by a friend who has had dealings with them in the past. She said how helpful they were and if I had any queries they would give honest friendly advise. I look forward to my future with my hatching experience and am content in knowing I will get help with my incubator if I need it.”

“Incubator arrived on time. Only comment was the two other items included in the bigger box had obviously been thrown around and although still fine maybe safer to have more packaging on another occasion.”
