“I haven't used my incubator yet. It's my first time and I want to get it right. Strangford were incredibly quick sending my incubator. I was recommended Strangford by a friend who has had dealings with them in the past. She said how helpful they were and if I had any queries they would give honest friendly advise. I look forward to my future with my hatching experience and am content in knowing I will get help with my incubator if I need it.”

“Incubator arrived on time. Only comment was the two other items included in the bigger box had obviously been thrown around and although still fine maybe safer to have more packaging on another occasion.”

Hi David, many thanks for your feedback. We will take this on board and ensure more packaging is used within our boxes containing the larger incubators. Apologies. Grant (Strangford Incubators)

“Excellent service with two rush orders we had to place following equipment failure. At a moment when a valuable incubator load was in the balance, Strangford Incubators responded immediately and rushed our items. Happily we can confirm that, as a result, we had a 100% hatch! Thank you!”
