Hi Tai, Many thanks for your feedback and very sorry that your order arrived damaged in transit. I have tried to contact you many times via email and phone but I have not received a reply? I asked for photos of the damage so that we could claim with our courier, but like I said, you have not remained in contact with us and haven't sent them. Even without the photos, we went ahead and sent you over replacements, which I can see have been delivered. Please get in contact with us as we feel we have fixed the issues with your order and we would really like to speak with you about potentially revising your feedback.
