“I would like to thank Simply Adverse, in particular Gareth Hutchings, Tia Russell and Senita Everett for their extremely prompt and professional service provided to me for my remortgage. Despite facing difficulties with my credit score, Gareth, Tia and Senita made this possible for me, I am extremely happy that I went with Simply Adverse for my remortgage, this too came on recommendation from my boss, I can also say my caseworkers have been very easy to reach either on phone or via email throughout my journey.”

“Reiss helped me to remortgage my buy-to-let as well as purchase a new property both at the same time and without him & the team at Simply I could not have done it. I spoke to 2/3 broker before speaking to Reiss, and they told me that they couldn't help almost immediately and when I nearly lost hope I found Simply Adverse and didn't look back. Reiss was clearly an expert in his field, as within a day he had an agreement in principle on both the remortgage and the new house and was extremely confident in them both going through. I cant thank Reiss and Simply enough for all their work and everything they have done for us and will definitely be returning to them in the future.”

“Brilliant.!! From start to finish.everybody who I have spoke to have been top class.knowledgeable,helpful.quick,and made a stressful process as simple as it could be.Nathan and Georgia..,we can never thank these two people enough for the help and patience they have had with us.we honestly couldn’t of dreamt of having better people for this.and I’m sure everyone else at simply are just as good. “Thanks to Simply Adverse we now have a home perfect for us. We had tried so many avenues to get a mortgage but were carrying some poor credit history and all seemed lost. Simply Adverse were able to get us a mortgage with the first try when we were honestly just ready to give up. It was almost too good to be true but they are just that good at what they do. Honestly, if you think a mortgage is outwith your grasp then please give them a call. They also kept us in the loop the whole way and were very quick to respond to any questions we had, always with a very polite and reassuring tone. Extremely professional and knowledgeable at every stage. I can't thank you enough. You helped make our dream a reality.”

“I would just like to say a huge thank you to Hayley, Jack and Tia, and the team at Simply Adverse. I originally used a different broker who led me on for months, until I eventually took the leap and switched to Simply - and it's the best decision I've ever made. From my first enquiry with Hayley, she was on the ball and quite frankly exceptional, answering my questions promptly, Hayley delivered a DIP the same day as my enquiry and my mortgage was submitted in no time. When the application was submitted and I was passed over to Tia and Jack the customer service was second to none, no question was too small, and I probably asked more questions than anyone ever has, but Tia and Jack were so reassuring throughout the full process and kept me reassured throughout what was a very worrying process. Jack was on the end of the phone whenever I needed, and whenever an email was sent it was quickly answered with either a phonecall or an email back. The full process from enquiry to mortgage offer took just little over 4 weeks, and we received our mortgage offer yesterday and I couldn't be more happy or relieved. Thank you so much to the team at Simply, as I wouldn't be in the position I'm sitting in today without their help - in my opinion, the fees are absolutely worth it. Thank you!”

“It's difficult to know where to start and get everything in that I want to say. I could not be more grateful to everyone who has helped me, mostly Becky Pepperrell who was my first point of contact. I am autistic and struggle greatly with this kind of thing but, being able to do things online allowed me to do things in a way that is comfortable to me. Everyone was kind, and patient and treated me with respect at all times. Simply Adverse made what could have been an extremely stressful time so much easier than I imagined it could be. Thank you.”

“They delivered what was promised. Beckie, Jack and Liz were amazing through out the journey. They supported me tremendously and they communicated every step of the process to me. I wish I had known about them at the beginning of the year but I am happy it ended well as hopes of having a mortgage in my name in the nearest future was very bleak. Thank you”
