“Shelagh and Henri have been marvellous. They are efficient friendly and professional. Shelagh in particular is an asset to the company. She’s funny and really easy to talk to. “Outstanding service from Simply Adverse. Needed to get a mortgage on our dream house and couldn’t use high street lenders. Our situation was complicated by nearly expired DMP and starting a new job within a month of applying. Shelagh was fantastic and went above and beyond to get our application through before rates were changed again. Then Senita took over and continued the high standard of service and was just amazing at getting things done. Both kept us updated regularly and I struggle to find words to compliment them enough. Well worth the fee charged for such a fantastic team and the successful result of a mortgage offer. Ladies you truly are wonderful and we are eternally grateful for all your hard work in helping us get our dream home.”

“We’ve just had our mortgage offer following our fixed rate coming to an end. We initially used Simply two years ago and this is our second engagement with them. I have to say that this is what excellent customer service looks like. A fantastic and smooth experience from beginning to end. A special thank you to Matthew Nurcombe and Henri Challis who have been there through every step in the process. Both have always been on hand to answer questions and nothing is ever any trouble. They have kept us informed via telephone and email, so we always knew what was happening. A massive thank you for making this so easy.”

“These guys were nothing short of amazing. After years of believing a mortgage was unobtainable even with a large a deposit due to previous adverse history the guys at simply got us from mortgage in principal to full offer in just over 4 weeks. From speaking with Alex Gauld whose knowledge of the specialist market was amazing through to Henri Challis who finalised our underwriting everyone at simply knew exactly what to do and how to do it well. During our application we fell foul to the jump in rates but Alex was very clear with what this meant for us but helped us every step of the way and helped with our affordability. Honestly these guys are nothing short of miracle workers and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who believes a mortgage is unobtainable. It’s hands down been the best money I’ve spent in my life!!”

“After years of no hope of getting a mortgage due to my husbands IVA even after it had finished and has been removed off his credit file we were still struggling massively! I approached Aime who has been absolutely amazing start to finish!! Always fast in replying to any questions, reassuring me at every turn throughout the process! We finally have our mortgage offer! Big shout out to Regan also she was fab! Thank you for all your hard work and helping us finally get on the ladder and buy our lovely new home!!”

“I never knew companies could help individuals with bad credit history, didn't know this exist. But thanks to the team they made my dream in to reality. MATTHEW was so great and professional he really knows his job and after having a chat with him I had the confidence I was in the right hand. Never the less The whole team is ready to help and support Liz was also gold and would be at hand when ever I needed a chat. Unlike other companies where you can only communicate via email. Very versatile and confident team. I recommend giving them a call it could change your life😊”

“Where do I even begin? Feeling dejected and defeated, we approached Simply as our very last hope of obtaining a mortgage. Jenny Reeves responded within 5 minutes of us sending the initial enquiry, took our details along with credit reports and to my absolute amazement, she placed us with a lender within a couple of days, with a DIP in place. She made the process seem so simple, when others have failed. Chloe Head was then assigned to us as our pre-underwriter who did all the hard work, all we had to do was provide a few documents and information. Low and behold, within 3 weeks, we have received our mortgage offer at a rate much lower than I was expecting. (multiple defaults/late payments). We are forever grateful for the service Simply have provided and would encourage anybody else with a adverse credit history to give Simply a try. If they can, they will do everything to get you a mortgage.”

“OUR DREAM HAS COME TRUE – I contacted Simply along with a number of other mortgage brokers, our circumstances were not great as we are both self-employed and my credit history is very poor, I thought that I was going to be the one to stop us being able to get a mortgage due to my credit history but after speaking to Reiss I believed it could happen. Once I had spoken to Reiss, I knew it was Simply that would work to achieve our mortgage and therefore stopped any further conversations with other brokers and I’m so glad I made that decision. Reiss was an absolute star and for the first time, I was not embarrassed about my credit history and that my dream of owning a house with my partner would come true. This was not an easy case but Reiss was on hand every step of the way to achieve our dream. I also dealt with Liz who ensured that all documents were in place for the lender, again not an easy task but Liz was fantastic in ensuring that we could show the lender that we could meet affordability. Once the application had been submitted to the lender, our Case manager was the lovely and amazing Nicole and what a pleasure she is to deal with. I naturally felt scarred on some days that we might not get the mortgage offer but Nicole was always on hand to reassure me that everything was going well. It was Nicole who called me to say that we had our mortgage offer and we could not be happier, the way Nicole relayed the news was perfect. We are absolutely delighted with lots of tears of joy and look forward to moving into our new home very soon. We can’t thank Reiss, Nicole, Liz and everyone else at Simply enough, they have gone above and beyond to make this happen. I highly recommend Simply, to be honest I would not recommend anyone else.”
