I originally used a different broker who led me on for months, until I eventually took the leap and switched to Simply - and it's the best decision I've ever made. From my first enquiry with Hayley, she was on the ball and quite frankly exceptional, answering my questions promptly, Hayley delivered a DIP the same day as my enquiry and my mortgage was submitted in no time. When the application was submitted and I was passed over to Tia and Jack the customer service was second to none, no question was too small, and I probably asked more questions than anyone ever has, but Tia and Jack were so reassuring throughout the full process and kept me reassured throughout what was a very worrying process. Jack was on the end of the phone whenever I needed, and whenever an email was sent it was quickly answered with either a phonecall or an email back. The full process from enquiry to mortgage offer took just little over 4 weeks, and we received our mortgage offer yesterday and I couldn't be more happy or relieved.
