“From the beginning to the end of the mortgage application process the Simply Adverse team performance was fantastic. Their approach was professional and diligent throughout and their response time and patience when dealing with a multitude of queries was greatly appreciated. “I would like to thank Simply Adverse, in particular Gareth Hutchings, Tia Russell and Senita Everett for their extremely prompt and professional service provided to me for my remortgage. Despite facing difficulties with my credit score, Gareth, Tia and Senita made this possible for me, I am extremely happy that I went with Simply Adverse for my remortgage, this too came on recommendation from my boss, I can also say my caseworkers have been very easy to reach either on phone or via email throughout my journey.”

“Reiss helped me to remortgage my buy-to-let as well as purchase a new property both at the same time and without him & the team at Simply I could not have done it. I spoke to 2/3 broker before speaking to Reiss, and they told me that they couldn't help almost immediately and when I nearly lost hope I found Simply Adverse and didn't look back. Reiss was clearly an expert in his field, as within a day he had an agreement in principle on both the remortgage and the new house and was extremely confident in them both going through. I cant thank Reiss and Simply enough for all their work and everything they have done for us and will definitely be returning to them in the future.”

“Brilliant.!! From start to finish.everybody who I have spoke to have been top class.knowledgeable,helpful.quick,and made a stressful process as simple as it could be.Nathan and Georgia..,we can never thank these two people enough for the help and patience they have had with us.we honestly couldn’t of dreamt of having better people for this.and I’m sure everyone else at simply are just as good.
