“Outstanding service from Simply Adverse. Needed to get a mortgage on our dream house and couldn’t use high street lenders. Our situation was complicated by nearly expired DMP and starting a new job within a month of applying. Shelagh was fantastic and went above and beyond to get our application through before rates were changed again. Then Senita took over and continued the high standard of service and was just amazing at getting things done. Both kept us updated regularly and I struggle to find words to compliment them enough. Well worth the fee charged for such a fantastic team and the successful result of a mortgage offer. Ladies you truly are wonderful and we are eternally grateful for all your hard work in helping us get our dream home.”

“If I could give higher than 5 stars to the team at Simply Adverse I would. The positive reviews on here are very much reflective of my experience. Enormous thanks go to John Hall, who has calmly stuck with us the last couple of years to guide on what was possible to apply for when, Curtis/Joe/Farrah who helped us get all the right application documents in place quickly when the time came, and finally huge thanks to Tia Russel, who made sure we got over the line and now have our mortgage offer in hand - let me tell you there were lots of happy tears! First class service and I highly recommend, you won’t regret it.”

“Simply the best!!! I can honestly say that Simply have been outstanding in every way, we couldn’t have been happier with the service that we received!! Especially our broker Jamie Percy, a HUGE thank you, he went above & beyond for us, answering all our questions, being contactable all day everyday, a friendly person to speak to in very stressful times and most importantly getting the job done in an exceptional time frame! Every person we have spoken to at Simply have been friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much! A special thank you to Tia Russel for looking after our case, contacting us every minute keeping us updated! From the first contact with Jamie to the after care sorting out insurances, it has been outstanding!! We have and will carry on recommending Simply to everyone we know! “Got to be a 5-star service! from start to finish our Mortgage advisor Jamie was professional and attentive and reassured us throughout the whole process. We were given the time to make the important decisions and once things got passed to our dedicated case handler Kerry the standards never dropped. My partner and I would like to thank the team at Simply Adverse for supporting us with our application and finding the right lender. I would recommend simply adverse to family and friends in the future.”

“I submitted the online form and had a quick response from Jenny, Jenny has been amazing from start to finish. She explained the whole process from the outset and was there to answer any questions that I had. Although she mentioned the process may be long and complicated with lots of questions asked and documents needed, it was actually a lot quicker than expected and we had a mortgage accepted in under 2 weeks of submitting. Would highly recommend for anyone who has struggled to get a mortgage with bad credit as these are real humans and not just some computer who automatically say no if they detect something bad on your credit file.”

“I cannot thank the guys from simply enough for the way they handled our application. From start to finish they were incredible and dealt with our case professionally, accurately with bags of humility.
