“This is a review submitted with ONE STAR solely because they persisted emailing me for a review. If you value the sanctity of your Inbox then do not purchase from this company. It is my hope that this review will encourage the company to consider how our transactional relationship should have ended at the point of product delivery. We are now done. “Good gloves, awful fulfilment service. Posted original order to the wrong address which caused big delay. Gloves that eventually arrived were wrong size, had to chase replacements by email and phone. The staff were polite but really poor service for what is a premium product.”

“The delivery times are unacceptable long and the customer service completely unresponsive to emails. Very bad experience which is mind boggling because the products and service are good when bought from third party. I was not expecting that the service from the brand would be so appalling.”

“Hello Sealskniz Team, I hope you recognize now that i got the wrong product. I used your size guide and messured my hand but the Size M wont fit me. I wont to return it and get an L size but no one replyed to my emails. So please if you read that contact me so we can clarify how to proceed and i will change your poor review.”
