Ordered from Ireland and was never informed that I would have to pay €50 import tax. Should be highlighted on the website when checking out. Very disappointed will not be ordering from this company again

Hi Amy, unfortunately, since Brexit that is the case when ordering internationally from outside the EU. You paid no VAT at check out and instead paid it to your country upon import. This information is available on our shipping information page.

I am not happy as I have been sent products that expire in 2 months time. When I contacted them, this was not resolved and I was told the products would still work. I won’t purchase again from this website.

I purchased a 20k KeraSoy Pillar Wax Blend and the quality was awful. Every single candle I made with the wax came out covered in frost despite using the same methods, materials and moulds. When I emailed the support and raised the issue, I was told this was pretty normal behaviour with soy wax which is not true as I had purchased the same wax from scented soaps and candles multiple times previously and never had this issue. A huge amount of wax was wasted and there were lots of delays in delivering our orders because of this issue as we ended up buying wax from another supplier. It was a total waste of money.

Hi Sara, we are sorry to hear you struggled with frosting on your candles. Frosting is something that can naturally occur with vegetable waxes. If you google "soy wax frosting" there is a vast amount of information on it and how it can be reduced. We always test each batch of wax before selling it to ensure it is up to standard and we also retested it. We found no issues with the batch you mentioned. We offered recommendations on how you could reduce it, but we never heard back from you.

Absolutely awful service, I ordered from 3 other companies and all 3 delivered within 3 days, a week later I am still waiting for my order you Blame Royal Mail but the other orders arrived via Royal Mail with no problems, I am trying to run a small business and I won’t be using you again!!

You have sent the wrong size warning labels to me. I would like to return them but I can't find your 'goods return form' in the returns area. Please advise where I can get this form (it would be really helpful if it is available in the returns tab.

Hi Averil, we only have one size of warning labels for the diffuser they are 50mm in diameter. These are the only size of labels we have ever stocked. - SSC

Hi Jan, the strength of fragrance can vary based on the percentage of the fragrance that you use and the base that you use them in. We currently sell over 200 fragrances and can see that you have tried 3 so far that are very popular with other customers. - SSC

Re email from Richard. Not happy with the response or negative attitude of Richard's reply on 17 Feb My last order of 1 kg parrafin kerawax Contained 927 grams. to allow a plus or minus a gram or to is one thing but 73 grams is another. (my email stated 25 grams in error). to indirectly suggest my digital scales are wrong. Which are within the acceptance level, without the hint of an apology is hadly customer "SERVICE". Hi Tony, All wax is weighed by a machine when it is bagged, and then when it is sealed. The DPD parcel weights also showed this was over the correct weight.

When my package arrived I had 1 candle lid missing and also nearly half (9 to be exact) of the candle jars damaged from the 24 I purchased. All 9 candles are scratched really bad where I can see and feel the scratches and so will my customers. When raising the issue expecting the matter to be resolved whereby replacement jars are sent as cannot work with the ones delivered, instead I received an email so passive like the issue can just be hidden and brushed under the carpet with no actual effort to resolve the issue.

I purchased 2 x fragrances & couldn't smell them! No scent throw at all, I wish I would if tried them before ordering more as I feel I have wasted my money I wouldn't recommend

I have been using Kerasoy Container Wax for years and have never had a problem. Bought 25kg in total from you guys and I have had nothing but issues with my candles. Have never had to do top pours before but having to do it for every candle. Not convinced that this is the correct product and will not be purchasing from this company ever again. What a waste of time and money.

Broken vessels and missing lids and the comm no pant responded by telling me the paying customer that I was mistaken! Not good, would not recommend and will not be using again.

The actually scents aren't very strong at all. After mixing ect I can barely smell them, and i don't believe they represent what I bought

When I initially opened the package I realised I got a smaller size than intended. I am glad I didn't get the bigger one now. I was annoyed because I wanted to make wax melts as gifts for my friends but upon smelling them I think my friends would have been highly offended if I gave them something smelling like toilet cleaner... The scent is not as it was stated at all! If you’d let me return it you’d know that! Still, at least you replied to me on here instead of blocking me and deleting my reviews. I’d also like to point out it’s fraudulent to fake your own reviews. I find it quite funny that after my review bought your rating down there suddenly were 6 new 5 star reviews within hours! All from new google accounts that had never left reviews before... very interesting:)

Initially, you stated to us that you had ordered the wrong size and wanted to return your order. After being told we were unable to do so, as it was clearly stated on the website that we are unable to accept any returns on fragrance oils, you are now claiming that the scents are not what they state.
