“Excellent choice of products and orders are processed quickly and sent by Royal Mail, which seems far less prone to delivery errors than other carriers. I've never had a problem with SMS despite ordering a lot from them.”

“Website was easy to navigate and the paints I needed were all in stock. I paid for standard delivery via Royal Mail and the package arrived two days after ordering. My only criticism was that the packaging could have been sturdier because, although the tins arrived undamaged it wouldn’t have taken much for a lid to become dislodged with messy consequences.”
