“Negative point is that I didn't get a message to say that it was on the way and that the Post Office had got the parcel. Positive - got two notes from the Post Office to say when it was estimated to be delivered and another that it had been delivered.”

Thank you for your review. A despatch email containing the tracking link was sent on 05/12/2025 at 11:37, and our email logs show it was first opened at 16:23 the same day. The tracking link is included directly in that email. We are pleased the Post Office notifications kept you updated and that the delivery was completed successfully.
