“I buy regularly from SMS. I am always kept informed about the stock and packing of my order and even standard delivery is rapid. All items are securely packed, liquids are in sealed plastic bags. This no doubt requires extra effort for which I am extremely grateful. First class service.”

“Was disappointed with the model itself. Manufacturer hadn't made a good job of pressing/stamping out the pieces., specifically the very small items. Reported to Scale Model Shop, and they were straight on it. Excellent service, second to none. Definately more orders on the way....”
