Thanks so much for the review, really appreciate you taking the time. Glad to hear everything arrived on point. About the back-order idea, our stock system runs in real time so when something goes out of stock the website simply won’t let you add it to the basket. We do place orders with most of our suppliers at least once a week, although it doesn’t always mean we’ll have every item available at all times. If you ever want to secure something for a later delivery, we can set up a manual order. The only thing to keep in mind is that if items come in at different times and need posting separately, each shipment would have its own postage cost. If everything arrives together, then it goes out in one parcel as usual. If you need anything specific, just give us a shout and we’ll do our best to help.
