“I ordered three Tamiya paints and a bottle of thinners, and they arrived within a few days of the order, securely packaged. Emails from the Scale Model Shop informed me when the order was received and when it was dispatched. I will be ordering more modelling accessories again. The package was damaged by the DPD driver, who just dropped the order by the door and didn't hang around. The thinner's bottle leaked, but I changed the bottle to an older one and didn't lose much. This was not the shop's fault, just a very poor delivery driver.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that your order arrived quickly and that you were pleased with our service and communication. However, we're genuinely sorry to hear about the issue with the leaking thinner. While the damage was clearly caused by poor handling during delivery, we agree that the bottle should have been better protected. This is not up to our usual packing standards, and we would normally seal any liquids in a bag to prevent exactly this sort of issue. We're not sure why that didn't happen in this case, but we'll follow up with the packing team.
