“What I like the most about SMS is the way they pack whatever kind of order you have placed with them . Paints are carefully and safely packaged with a professionalism that goes more than skin deep. It tells me that 'these people care ' and don't simply take your money . To me personally it is the nearest to experiencing that feeling of going into a model shop in person . It just does not feel the same if I order from Jadlam or Hannants . I instinctively like SMS and the people who run it without having met them simply by the way they speak to me in dealing and taking care of my orders whatever they might be . I wish I could visit the shop and tell them myself but I live in the south of England and it's a long way to go . Still you never know .”
