“Jeans described as W31, did not fit and when compared with other W31 jeans they were indeed significantly smaller. Item returned and photo evidence provided of being the wrong size. Rokit refused to refund return shipping costs, insisting that they were sized correctly, despite my multiple photos showing they were the wrong size.
Will not be shopping here again.”

While we do make every effort to ensure all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible, the sizes indicated are approximations based on today's standardized clothing sizes. “Item received with tags in the bag and not attached, trousers are too small so returned and noted in the return that the tags were not originally attached. Item sent back to me and return not honoured. I have emailed a couple of times with explanation. Still no return arranged, I am aware of return policy however this was not my error.”

“Bought some “Vintage” Ray-Ban sunglasses that were described as being in ‘Good’ condition. They arrived with bent frames and incorrect markings on the frame and lenses (for their age) meaning they were most likely fake. If I had wanted fake Ray-Bans, I would have saved myself £80 and spent the remaining £10 with the looky looky man. They would have at least had straight frames and probably better quality. Do yourself a favour and buy your vintage gear from somewhere that knows what they’re talking about. I only wish I had looked at other peoples reviews before buying. I would have saved myself the hassle.”
“Sent the wrong sized garment that was ordered so returned it. States in their returns policy that if they make the mistake then they will stand the postage. They only reimbursed the garments cost leaving me to stand two lots of postage. Leaving me the best part of £8 out of pocket for nothing. Sent an email querying this and still waiting. Avoid.”
