“On first day after order & payment, Rokit said item has been handed over to delivery, but tracking (Royal Mail) said for 9 days that they're waiting for it. Item arrived 15 days after order in good condition (to Austria, Rokit FAQ says 5-7 days delivery time to Europe) - the item is as described, but it has a kind of 'cellar-like' smell. Rokit says in their FAQ that all their articles are washed and pressed, but the smell is rather like afterwards it was kept i a moist catacomb for longer time? At least it doesn't smell like smoke.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the order. I was upset when tracking said they (Royal Mail) haven't even gotten the article handed over from Rokit for over a week. Rokit was fast to react to my complaint (customer service was fast and polite). In the end the item arrived ok after about 2x the expected time.”

“Jacket was exactly as seen in photos, in good condition and arrived quickly. Only quibble is that it is a M-50 field jacket rather than a M-43 as advertised but other than that, very happy with the garment.”
“Delivery is always quick from Rokit Vintage, free too if you spend over £50. The rewards scheme is well thought out and worthy of being called a rewards scheme unlike some other retailers schemes that suggest much but deliver little. Quality of items is very good and the the deadstock items are all unused. Frequent flash sales often result in you as a customer spending more than you planned, but that's how it goes sometimes. One negative is that there are some sizing issues on the website, if they could clear up the errors on the website then everything would be perfect.”
“Bought the black suede skirt was lovely, at a good price but had to return it because it was too long but suede was very nice and good sizing would have been better if the length measurements were given, returned it first class and still waiting for a response for refund”

Thanks for the message. Tracking for parcels is done through the Royal Mail website. I was able to see the parcel is on it's way. International deliveries can take up to 10 working days to arrive. There may be a slight delay with your Thankgiving holiday this week, but you should be able to keep up with that on the USPS website with your tracking number, RV500180249GB.
