“Hi Rokit! The jacket was good quality and nice but the shape of it doesn't look good on me for some reason, I already request a return 5 days ago and I didn't hear anything from you guys, I also called and gave my details to the person I spoke with and he said that he will also sent an email.. please I want to refund the jacket and is taking so long for this step so I'm not very satisfied with the customer service at the moment.”

We’d like to clarify that we measure each item (in inches) with the garment laid flat to provide the most accurate size information possible. These measurements are listed on every product page, along with a reminder to double-check the sizing before purchasing.
Please note that vintage items may change in size due to wear and washing, and the label sizes may differ from today's standards — or sometimes, there may be no labels at all.
For the items you purchased, the measurements provided on the details of the product were:
Chest: 46 inches
Length: 30 inches
Sleeve: 25 inches
That said, we're happy to accept your return within our 30-day return policy if the item doesn't work for you.

This is not only because vintage and preloved items may have stretched or shrunk from their original size, but also as sizing has changed for styles over the years and may be more fitted or oversized than what you expect them to be based on the size they are listed as.
