“On first day after order & payment, Rokit said item has been handed over to delivery, but tracking (Royal Mail) said for 9 days that they're waiting for it. Item arrived 15 days after order in good condition (to Austria, Rokit FAQ says 5-7 days delivery time to Europe) - the item is as described, but it has a kind of 'cellar-like' smell. Rokit says in their FAQ that all their articles are washed and pressed, but the smell is rather like afterwards it was kept i a moist catacomb for longer time? At least it doesn't smell like smoke.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the order. I was upset when tracking said they (Royal Mail) haven't even gotten the article handed over from Rokit for over a week. Rokit was fast to react to my complaint (customer service was fast and polite). In the end the item arrived ok after about 2x the expected time.”
