We're sorry to hear your frustration. The item was delivered, but as no one was home, Royal Mail held it for redelivery. This needs to be arranged directly with them, as they manage the delivery schedule.
As mentioned before, once the item is returned to us, we’re happy to arrange redelivery or issue a full refund.
