“The items themselves were as described.. however I only received 3 of 4 items I ordered. I had an email from customer service to say there had been a glitch and the 4th would not be able to be shipped. I was really understanding and said these things happen. However given my understanding and that I had to place a second order; the customer service refused to send me a shipping label for the returns. For that reason I won’t shop with them again as being nice clearly gets you nowhere!”

“Bought a vintage Coach purse, whilst the condition of the item was good and delivery was quick, I don’t believe the item to be genuine and is not leather. I have registered a return 3 days ago and am yet to receive further instructions and a shipping label to return the item, so far the return process isn’t great.”
