“Office based customer service was excellent and the delivery itself was punctual and seamless. The only adverse criticism I have is that when attempting to track the consignment, the system would not accept the combination of post code and tracking number, hence the need to contact the office where I was dealt with courteously and efficiently.”

“Your website is great and very good to use. When it said the bucket I wanted was in stock I purchased it and told it was being dispatched. When it hadn’t arrived I phoned to ask and was told it was a month before I would get it. Not best pleased . But hope to receive it very soon.”
