“When orders paid for next day delivery, waited a week then called and was told the item had to be made and was given a date . That was fine , a bit misleading when asked if you want next day delivery. Waited till two or three days after the delivery date given called in to be told they had to wait for parts this is puzzling as I had ordered a digger bucket. Item came a few days later I was offered my next day delivery money back but never received it.”

“They told me the attachment would fit my machine but when I got it it would not and now they want to charge me over half what I paid to return. I definitely would not recommend. Scam”

“Paid for a bucket got scammed. This company is a total con don’t buy from here they will take your money and you will never get anything or be able to contact anyone”

Hey Jack, Sorry, just realised your order was placed for the US/Canada market. It looks like there was an issue with the FedEx label, meaning your item was returned back to our shipping warehouse in Alabama. Sadly FedEx still class this as 'Delivered' so it was missed from our system. We will be in touch and put a plan in place ASAP for you. I believe the communication issue is due to us having bank holidays here in the UK. Sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience.

“Normally use Rhinox for buckets etc. Wanted 36" riddle basket. Site states 10 working days. Tried elsewhere and quoted the same time. How long did it actually take 38 working days and I had to chase it three times. Really poor service. In future will contact other supplier as the delivery cannot be as slow as this was.Disappointed.”

“Ordered my buckets on Tuesday 4th April via website after speaking to Dave, expected them to arrive on the Thursday (Next day delivery?) ready for a long weekend of work, but unfortunately they did not arrive.. went on the supplied tracking information and there was no details at All. Very disappointed as I’ve lost the whole weekend of work. As for the buckets themselves I cannot comment until I receive??”

“I'm sure the digger bucket is as good as the others I already have. But I wouldn't know, as my 'next day delivery' is still not here 4 days later. Unfortunately, Rhinox have chosen to use Fed Ex who seem to take pride in elevating the every-day incompetence of delivery companies to a whole new level. Had I realised FedEx were going to be used, I would have saved myself the trouble and elected to collect the bucket on foot. Would have been quicker and less hassle.”

Hello Sabin, Looking at your tracking information from DPD, they attempted to delivery your order twice, however you were not available to receive your delivery. The first attempt was in fact next day from when you placed your order. If you need to change your delivery address or date, please contact DPD through the tracking information supplied. “The advert said delivery £50 anywhere in UK. Apparently North Uist is not in the UK. When I asked whether I could pick it up in Inverness I was told to find an address to drop it off at. When I found one, the reply was "Oh we use them!" (why couldn't he find them then? Its obviously his obligation?). And now it's been more than a week and I haven't been told whether it has been dispatched. And I don't get any reply, and they don't answer their phone... And I need to organise my trip. And I need to be digging ...”
