I must admit though i was i little surprised that the order was delivered parcel carrier and not on van with chiller
But packed with ice packs, Will give it an 8 for the momment till ive tryed more of products ive recieved”
“Can't comment as I have not eaten them yet but the shrimps are really tasty .one thing that stops me ordering is that the cost off delivery is a bit too much .thefizh is quite expensive then paying the delivery cost on top makes it more expensive thank you Mrs Fee”
“I have always been leased with the quality and delivery service and would normally give 5* but on this occasion I have reduced the rating because I ordered 5 x 500 grams of Salmon but it was delivered as 1 × 500 grams and 2x Kilo which meant I had to do the cutting and bagging which is extra work and defeated the object of ordering ready to freeze portions. Only a minor complaint but hopefully will be noted and put right next time.”
“Always pleased with quality of the fish. However the loyalty points system is unsatisfactory. Seems to be inconsistent. Only available on-line. Why is there no loyalty points when ordered over the phone?”

“The whole kippers were delicious 😋 the fillets were rather too salty ( I know it sounds odd but they were ) the squid batter was delicious but the actual squid had a funny after taste.
The crab sticks, I’m sorry I wasn’t impressed I thought they would be actual crab sticks as they are advertised, but no they were just like shop brought ones, very disappointing they went in the bin I’m afraid 😟”
“I am very pleased with my order of fish. I did not like the haddockk bake with cheese sauce. The prawns were very chewy. But everything else was spot on. This is my third order from regal fish and I enjoyed the fish. I will continue to buy from regal fish.”
“The lobster was good hoeever as someone who purchases meat from Donald Russel (Scotland) I was surprised that your delivery agents left the box containing the lobster at my gate, a 100 yards from my house on a hot sunny day. Donald Russel drivers enter my property and alert me to the delivery - in the 8 years they have been delivering to me thay have never left a delivery at my gate.
Will I buy again probably yes but next time if the delivery is left at my gate it will be my last and final order.”

“Plaice Fillets (Frozen) had a strong smell when thawed, which reduced to some extent when cooked.
I recently ordered some trout fillets, one of which had not been de-scaled, and several others were
only partially descaled - I didn't order any last time because of this. Having said that they tasted
superb!
