The item requested was not shipped very fast nor did it arrive very fast and the item wasn't pleasant to use. I probably wouldn't use this service again.

I felt that i was tricked / misled by Pharmacy Online, where they show you a box of 100 Tablets of Colchicine, with a price of £17.99 alongside the box. And it's not until you've actually paid your money, and checked out, that they confirm your order is actually for just 12 tablets, and not the box of 100 tablets that they show you in their advert.

The first order was good but the second order arrive late and I ran out as they got my bmi wrong

Hi Rachel, Thanks for your feedback. With every consultation of this nature, we have no way of manipulating or amending a patients BMI. If the BMI in question was not within our limits for prescribing or there was a mistake, we would contact the patient for further clarification. We do apologise for this, but we do consider ourselves to be one of the most cost effective services in our field. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. Overall I was disappointed due to length of time before arrival. Also, I ordered the incorrect size of supply due to lack of clarity in the advertisement online

Hi William, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately once a parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes for the courier to deliver it. This includes delays experienced on their end too. In regards to the product selection issue, we will take your feedback under advisement and consider a different format for how the selection process is made

I was really disappointed as really needed a particular prescription, and therefore paid for next day delivery. However, it didn’t come for two days ! I messaged the company and to be told it was down to Royal Mail - really poor service when you have paid for next day delivery.

Hi Rebecca. Thanks for your feedback. we receive this query a lot. Royal Mail aim to delivery a parcel using their tracked 24 service within 24 hours of sorting your parcel, not within 24 hours of picking it up from us. Most instances they will delivery in a more promptly manner but on this occasion sadly they did not. We hope you understand that we have no control over their parcel sorting practises.

Online ordering was fine but I did not get what I wanted. I ordered the generic version of the drug as advertised on the site and was sent a branded one significantly more expensive than local chemist. I wanted the generic version as for some reason it just works better Disappointed

Waited a week for my stuff to arrive and it still hasn’t, uploaded doc twice, and they never answer any email, I asked for a refund, and still nothing just saying now I should get my item soon, but it’s been over a week
