Ordered 2 drugs to be taken together, They only sent one not considering that I would be left with a load of redundant drugs. Contacted their 'customer care' team and they appear not to care. No reply whatsoever. Waste of time

Ordered medication and that was exactly what i expected. However the packing was terrible, it arrived in a box that was far too big for the small box of tablets and the tablets all but fell out of the bottom of the box before delivery. So much for discrete!

I ordered eye cream on a Friday expecting it to come on Monday. Finally came on Thursday by which time eye complaint had got better by itself. I ordered online because pharmacy near me and the nearest Boots were both out of stock. It was a tiny tube surely it could have arrived on Monday if posted the day I ordered it. So a complete waste of money.

24 hr Tracked delivery took a week to arrive...wouldn't recommend using this service if you have urgent medical requirements ...product was comparatively expensive

Ordered something with a 24h delivery window but the parcel was too wide to fit through letter box despite inside item being small enough. This meant it was not delivered by postman as they did not leave for me due to being out. Therefore due to weekend and bank holiday I did not receive the medication for a week. This could have been completely avoided by parcelling it in a manner which allowed it to go through a standard letterbox and made the service unfit for its purpose of fast access to treatment. Due to this I had to suffer with symptoms for an extra week and I have now no desire to use the service again in a similar circumstance. There was no reason the item could not have been packaged in a manner that allowed it to fit through the box as it was only 2 strips wide. Very disappointing for the cost and effort.

Sadly a bad review so far, I made an order Sunday 5th March and delivery was meant to be Tuesday 7th because of stock issues, but some more would be in stock weds. It is now Friday 10th I still have not had a delivery and no one has contacted me. I have a skin condition and really need my order. Poor.

Tried no less than half a dozen times to order one product it was a nightmare to navigate the website. Did actually give up. On the last attempt following a chaser email from you I found a link to past orders to reorder and got through that way.

Disappointed to be honest. I ordered some eye cream which we found had been delivered to the wrong address. Haven’t heard anything more. Didn’t get refunded or a new order. Won’t use this company again. Never delivered

I made an order for my mum (submitted her details) as she isn’t good at using tech. She received hers ok. I then submitted an order for myself using all my details and a new form. As my mum dosent have an email I had to use mine twice there for they only sent me one part of my order as they didn’t class this as my first time buying for myself (even though it was 2 completely different details). Upon emailing them to get this corrected the customer service I received was very poor. They were rude and are asking for more postage to fix there mistake. It was not clear on the website it has to be a new email for each customer otherwise I would have just created a new email for my mum. Very disappointed and will be looking to buy elsewhere in future.
