“Ordered 2 things. One was rejected and refunded after paying so I ended up paying postage on the one item which I could've bought in the pharmacy. Waste of money and wasn't asked if I wanted the full order cancelled.”

“Had an issue making an order - error message came up that there was a problem with my payment and it hadn't gone through, so re-did and ended up with 2 orders. Emailed straight away to cancel one order and never had a reply. Ended up calling to be told the only way to get a refund is to refuse delivery so it's returned to sender - when you're not going to be home this is hard to do so tried to redirect with royal mail but it was too late. Overall not happy at having to pay for 2 orders unnecessarily.”

“Website not clear! I’m pleased overall with the service provided EXCEPT the website needs to be clearer about the make of product being offered. For example, I thought I was buying ‘Pharma Nord’ melatonin and I was sent the brand ‘Ceyesto’. I know in tiny print you say it’s not as image BUT that is not customer friendly. PLEASE give a photo of the all the melatonin products, with a note when some are not available. Especially as you don’t accept returns.”
