“Ordered on a Saturday for next day delivery by dpd and paid an additional fee. Invoice confirmed Sunday delivery. I received it Tuesday! apparently I'd missed the small print that states it doesn't get processed at the weekend no matter what the order says. Turned out to be an expensive order. Would probably use again but only on a weekday”

“Delivery was fast which was great as I needed them for the next day. However…. I only needed the 30 box but was out of stock, so I paid for the 60 box. Upon delivery I opened my bag to find two 30 boxes!! Obviously unhappy with with because the 60 box was double the price and I didn’t need half of them. After a lovely phone call conversation from pharmacy online they have confirmed that this was a error and have offered me a discount for my next order, it was very much appreciated. Thanks”
