“Ordered and sent from Scotland it took 5 days to get delivered. Order from Germany and it gets here the next day.Order from Amazon and it gets here on the same day. What’s wrong with British companies and logistics?”

“I ordered an item I would have bought over the counter from my local pharmacy had it been in stock. I realise suppliers of medications have to be careful about what they supply and why, but I found the online ordering really protracted and not entirely logical and there was some information I had to supply twice. Your staff member who helped me navigate the site was however very helpful and there was no problem with delivery once I'd managed to complete the order.”

“Hi I received the parcel of 3 bottles of Diprobase Advanced Eczema Cream and find Expired is May 2024 if I brought 1 bottle that will be fine but I brought 3 bottles expired date same as May 2024. Could you possible change 2 bottles long expired date for me. please let me know asap.”

“The medication was available through the on line pharmacy after not being able to access it at any local pharmacy. The cost was double to what I usually pay but I did obtain it. Will get it on prescription in future. But many thanks regardless.”

“Everything was great until Royal Mail had to deliver the item. Even payed fast one day delivery the item was not delivered and I had to check for it in the local Depot. No one could explain why it was still there and waiting to be delivered. However I live 5 minutes away from the post depot. I would advise using different courier for fast deliveries.”

“The service and delivery were excellent, Disappointed to find we had to pay for a prescription for an 82 year old lady. I trust that you do not claim from the NHS for eligible presciption medicines for people who are entitled to them when we have paid you!!.”
