“Was great to be able to get medication online during these times as waiting for a prescription or even a call back from the doctor at the moment can take days.. The postage needs to be a bit quicker.. unfortunately I couldn't wait and had to visit the hospital for what I need. Overall it was convenient and helpful.”

Hello, We are very sorry to hear that you had to go the hospital for what you needed. After looking at your order we can see that your order was placed on the 23rd of March, after the cut-off time for same-day dispatch. This meant your order would be dispatched on the 24th of March and as you selected the Tracked 48 delivery service (Up to 3 working days for delivery), your order would not have been due for delivery until the 29th of March. However, we can see that the delivery was made on the 26th of March, which is within the limits of the timescales provided online. Our DPD Next Day and Royal Mail Tracked 24 services aim to deliver within 24 hours. We hope this information helps and appreciate your understanding.

However, we have advised on our website that both Royal Mail and DPD are experiencing delays due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, which could result in some orders being a day late. Hi Shelley, We can see that you selected Royal Mail tracked 24 as your courier service. This is not a gauranteed next day delivery service. You also placed your order on a Sunday, which is not q recognised working day for Royal Mail. We do apologise you had to wait slightly longer for your delivery but we do not unfortunately make the rules for Royal Mail timeframes for delivery. Thanks

Hi Vicki, We can see that you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your courier service. This is not a next day service, nor is it a gauranteed 48 hour delivery service as stated on the Royal Mail website. We are unfortunately powerless to speed up the delivery times, especially during this busy period. We hope this doesnt put you off using Pharmacy Online again in the future.
