“I was disappointed with the expiry date on the medication. It’s expires in 3 months from the time I purchased it. So if I decided to open it at a month or two later I would only be able to use it for a month. It’s an acne treatment gel. I had to open it straight away even though it wasn’t yet needed.”

“I find them very good for delivery times, however when I placed my recent order for an important medication I needed to repeat order, they wouldn't accept my card which I have used on the site multiple times before, and their solution was "sorry, try another card" no other solution was offered, ie: Paypal/Apple and no one offered to take payment over the phone, it was just "oh well" so I went to another pharmacy who handled my order just fine. Not really acceptable as it's a Mastercard. It put me off as I only have the one bank account and it's a medication order so I likely won't be back. If they had explained the payment issue better and offered a solution I might have offered grace but I felt like I was brushed off as if it was my problem, but I used the card elsewhere with no issue at all. Disappointing.”

“Process is easy and convenient , postage is pretty slow given its letter post Item supplied was a different brand to the one pictured and the formulation was very thick and greasy unlike the branded item I thought I was buying . Wouldn’t buy the product again”

“I have not received my parcel, missed a delivery of Royal Mail cannot change delivery or get hold of them I ordered my order on the 3rd of Feb it’s now the 13th Feb not a happy customer”

“The package arrived quickly but the box was too big considering what I’d ordered, in this day & age with climate change being a top priority I’d expect Pharmacy online to do an outstanding job by using suitable sized recycled packaging. Please do better I expect great things from you.”
