Had an issue making an order - error message came up that there was a problem with my payment and it hadn't gone through, so re-did and ended up with 2 orders.
Emailed straight away to cancel one order and never had a reply. Ended up calling to be told the only way to get a refund is to refuse delivery so it's returned to sender - when you're not going to be home this is hard to do so tried to redirect with royal mail but it was too late. Overall not happy at having to pay for 2 orders unnecessarily.
