Product was faulty [Freestyle Libre2 Sensor for type 2 diabetes].
After reporting this to PharmacyOnline.co.uk I was given via email a link to the manufacturer and basically told to sort it out with them.
I'm sorry but that slopey shoulder is unacceptable. I hope the author of your company's response takes her faulty back to the manufacturer and not the dealer when she has a fault. Good luck with that. Being an online company certainly makes you faceless and a Shirkah to you responsibilities to YOUR customers.
