“I paid for premium delivery due to the urgency of obtaining my medicine - supposed to arrive the following day. Order arrived 3 days after payment confirmation. When querying my order (twice) I was not provided with any response or feedback.”

“After asking specifically & filling in a delivery name & address as when at sorting office if wrong name cannot be picked up you still sent it out in account name despite my request. This lead to two trips once again”

“I'm an overseas customer (italy) and this is my second order with Pharmacy Direct GB. Very fast to manage the order. Sunday evening I did the order, on monday pharmacy was preparing it and tuesday morning the item was already leaving UK (by Royal Mail). Previous order I could get without any damage and with a letter enclosed in order to ensure privacy.”

“Very good customer service. Prompt with free delivery on orders over a reasonable amount. I found it a little tricky with some areas of the website. Glad to see that re-ordering repeat prescriptions where necessary has been implemented. Overall, reliable well priced products and private consultation where desired makes for a great service.”
