“i paid for express delivery as was in pain - wanted it next day and due to order on a friday it did not arrive. I left hotel so have no clue if it came on Monday which would be too late - quite annoyed”

“At first they were brilliant and a fantastic service but now my orders and requests keep getting cancelled everytime I try an order the same medication that’s already beeen approved and subscribed to me , why ??? Unfortunately turned out to be a real let down an then you have to wait a number of days for your money back”

“Durante l'acquisto non e' stato detto che oltre le spese di spedizione gia' molto alte (12£ su un totale di 24£ di prodotti) avrei dovuto pagare altri 11 euro per spese di dogana piu' commissioni al carrier italiano. Praticamente la spedizione mi e' costata quanto i prodotti acquistati. Se fosse stato chiaro non avrei comprato ma Pharmacy direct ha volutamente omesso questa informazione.”

“Picture and description clearly stated bonjela teething gel from 2 months, they sent me one which you can use from 6 months, i called them up and they were trying to convince me it is the same thing and just the new box while the leaflet says it is from 6 months!!!!”
