“Never done this before but from start to finish the service was outstanding the compassion on collection an dignity for our baby he treated him like his own didn’t rush us an it was such a comfort when he took him in his blanket.the tracking helped it got us ready for us to say goodbye 😢 the staff on the phone were very helpful when I rang for updates an again the tracking to say our baby boy was on his way bk home was lovely the hardest thing was the 14 days waiting for him to come home which was also done professionally an the candle was a lovely touch thank you for helping us through this very sad time.I will highly recommend your company in the future”
