“Penny Black are fantastic. I am not local to the shop and discovered them by accident when I was looking for a particular product three years ago. Since then, I've come back every year for my 'big' diary shop. Customer service is super prompt, helpful and friendly. Delivery is quick too and exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, the items are beautifully packed, which is so important with stationery items that will be gifts. Nobody wants their brand new planner to have a knocked corner and (having had problems with other suppliers on this score), I know that Penny Black take care and recognise the importance of things arriving as they should. Thoroughly recommended.”
