“This was my first time using Penny Black - I ordered a Leuchtturm pocket diary, and the process was straightforward and it was delivered very promptly. Unfortunately, after some more research, I decided that the diary wouldn't work for me, so decided to return it. I emailed the company to arrange it and got a reply the same day (on a Sunday!), and they were more than helpful. I would definitely order from Penny Black again.”

“Pleased with the design , colours and delivery, except to track delivery, shop pay app has to be downloaded otherwise one just awaits delivery by checking if in the daily post - this should not be the only option . Also, would like to pay directly with credit/ debit card rather than the middle party . The card Could have been a little larger than the present size !”

“I was disappointed by the size of the card I bought. I didn't check before i ordered it and wrongly assumed that it would be bigger going by the price. I like to give bigger cards and am unable to use it for the person and occasion that it was intended for. Delivery was good”
