“It was not a great experience. I had ordered 3 items, had paid for them and 2 of them were unavailable! I ordered second time the same item (paid second delivery fees!) in different colour and received wrong size.
I returned the item in the shop without any problem.”

“Online purchase. The Dress was a good fit. Arrived on time.
The big problem was it had the security disk still attached to it which meant traveling to store to a store some distance away urgently to have have it removed before the event. Which was a nuisance.”

“I did a purchase in March for a jacket - a143229- and jacket was fault on receipt I started engaging with customer service 6th April, and I don't no what the issue is but I got acknowledged but had to email every day to get an update on my question I was advisesd new jacket would come, I didn't know when, ,and then last email was jacket and gift..... Follow thru on emails of queries is a concern - particularly when they are related to the same query... today we received new jacket - but nobody took the old jacket..... v frustrating”
