Other than an email to say my order was dispatched (2 weeks after order) I was unable to get any further information. Over 2 weeks after it was dispatched and still I could not be told where my order was and even a tracking number so I could follow it up as to who even had it. It finally arrived but without any email whatsoever to even tell me what courier company had it, a tracking number to trace it or even that it was coming. I just found it on the door step.
